Changes to booking methods

 

Ref: Booking places for Breakfast Club, Kidz Club and the School Bus from January 2016

 

Further to our communication dated 14th December 2015 regarding the above, I am writing to remind you of the new arrangements.  As from today, all communication relating to Breakfast Club, Kidz Club or the school bus, including bookings (and any changes to them) must be communicated through the school office and no longer via the class teacher, TAs or the blue school diary.

 

Please see the following table which explains what process to follow in order to book your child into each of the three activities.

Please complete the Casual Booking form (available from the school office) and return to the school office no later than 24 hours prior to the required date.

Please complete the Kidz Club Regular Booking or Casual booking form (available from the school office)  and return to the school office no later than 24 hours prior to the required date

Please complete the Bus Regular Booking form or Bus Casual Booking form (available from the school office) and return to the school office no later than 24 hours prior to required date

Making alterations to the agreed booking

Please contact the school office.

If the cancellation or amendment affects the same day, please contact the office no later than 1pm.

Please note, alterations to previously agreed arrangements/bookings such as:

  • going home with another adult who is or who is not identified on your list as an approved collector
  • early collection
  • being collected rather than going on the bus
  • going on the bus rather than being collected

MUST be communicated directly to the school office and not via the blue diary or staff in the playground.

 

These changes come into effect as of 5th January 2016 and aim to ensure that our children’s journey home is communicated efficiently and accurately to one central place. The success of the new system and safety of our children can only be assured if the guidelines on the table on page 1 of this letter are followed.
